Shipping costs for products in the “Decoration” category and the “Lighting” category are €8. In these categories, shipping is free for orders of €100 or more.
Shipping costs for products in the “Furniture” category are calculated according to volume, weight and area.
In case you wish to return the product you purchased due to a change of mind, you can contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by sending us an email with proof of your transaction.
Return costs are borne by the customer and are the same as shipping costs.
In the event that the products are defective or you have received your order incorrectly (wrong product, wrong shade) then the return costs are not borne by the customer.
