Returns policy

In case you wish to return the product you bought due to a change of mind, you can contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, sending us an email with the receipt of your transaction.

Return costs are borne by the customer and are the same as shipping costs.

In case the products are defective or you have received your order wrong (wrong product, wrong shade) then the return costs are not borne by the customer.

The shipment must be made with the transport agency or the courier that we will indicate to you. A condition for return is that the returned product or products have not been used and are in the same condition in which they were delivered. The packaging of the returned products needs to be as careful as the packaging that has been sent to you.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in case the products are manufactured according to the specifications that you have set as a consumer or that are not in stock and need a special order from the (supplier / manufacturer) as well as from the products which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with other elements.



In case you want a refund after the return of the product, the amount of the products is refunded in full except the shipping costs. Refunds are made within 20 days.


You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the moment you made it. After the end of the 24 hours, the processing of your order continues normally and you can make the return following the instructions mentioned in the “product returns”
